What was the main reason for you to join Valeo?
I joined Valeo in July 16th, 2006 when I graduated because Valeo is an international company who is attractive for graduates!

What are the characteristics of the Valeo operational culture and Values for you?
What impressed me most is empowerment in Valeo culture which gives enough space for each employee to develop.

Do you have the feeling to work in a diverse environment and why?
Yes, in Valeo, we have several women in positions with high responsibilities, like First Line Managers. We have also several expatriates who come from different countries. Diversity in our site creates a very good working atmosphere, challenging & efficient in such environment.

Do you have an international exposure in your job and what does it bring to you?
I think the communication with international suppliers and customers makes me discover different cultures and ways to figure out various problems.

Have you personally benefited from an internal mobility and how?
Yes, I have been promoted from Trainee to Planning Scheduler then to Supervisor and now to Supply Chain Manager.

Why are you proud to be a Valeo man or woman?
When walking in the street, I’m proud to say to my friends that a component in their car is produced by Valeo.
